Funding options
National disability insurance scheme (NDIS) for individuals with a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plan.
Medicare rebate when referred by a GP or Psychiatrist under Better Access to Mental Health or Chronic Disease Management initiatives. A gap payment will apply.
Private health fund rebates. Contact your health fund to discuss your individual policy. A gap payment will apply.

Who We Are
Sally Coombs
Sally has been a practising occupational therapist since 2002. She has worked predominantly in the areas of mental health and disability, for both children and adults.
Sally aims to provide a safe place for people to be themselves. She provides a neurodiversity-affirming service.
Sally has completed a masters in public health and a Bachelor of Science. She is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Occupational Therapy Association (OTA).
Sally is now living in the Naturaliste area in WA, where she loves swimming and hiking in the beautiful surrounds.
